Steps to Finance Your Surgery at NTTC Surgery Center

  • Step 1

    Schedule a Consultation

    The first step is to schedule a consultation with our care concierge. During this consultation, we will discuss the costs associated with your surgery and learn about your financing options. We can help you understand the different types of insurance plans, Health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), and personal loans that may be available to you.

  • Self-Finance

    If you choose to self-finance your surgery, you can apply for financing with CareCredit. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card. Hinkapin Health, our surgical care concierge will be the payee for all your surgery related invoices.

    Step 2

  • Step 3

    Initial Medical Evaluation

    Once you have chosen a financing option, we will schedule your initial medical evaluation with the surgeon. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Scheduling the Surgery

    After your medical evaluation is complete, we will schedule your surgery. You will be required to make payments according to the terms of your financing plan. This may include interest-free financing for a limited time, low monthly payment plans, or extended payment plans.

  • Step 5

    Final Provider Payment

    Three days prior to your surgery, you will make the final payment to Hinkapin Health to ensure your surgery can proceed without any delays.

  • Post-Surgery Payments

    After your surgery is completed, you will continue to make payments to your lender according to the terms of your financing plan.
